Multiple Level Performance Coaching

What does this mean? Individual leaders participate with their needs and challenges, and at other times with employees during the same coaching session. In this way, an individual leader’s needs are always brought back into relationship with work priorities and business plans of the company.

Inside Out Perspective partners with organizations with a focus on specific aspects of team and organization development. Four primary tools are usually found somewhere in our interventions. We use a relatively simple yet innovative combination of systems coaching, assessment, facilitation, and follow-up to identify and address specific organizational issues.

Systems Coaching works directly with team challenges and strengths for effective resolution. The focus is on developing the interrelationships of the team as a whole. Multiple-Level-Performance Coaching ensures that the team is able to master new abilities and employ them post-intervention to create lasting change.

Assessment quickly identifies areas needing development. We use the assessments to evaluate individuals, relationships and teams. They also provide a benchmark to track and show quantitative team changes over time.

Facilitation ensures that teams learn the new skills necessary to maintain learning, growth and change. Training will often be designed into facilitation to help the team to self-correct making further interventions less necessary.

Follow-Up ensures that the change is lasting and new behaviors are well-anchored.

Some of the guidelines we use with MLP Coaching

  1. Start with the big picture: vision & values, performance needs, road blocks, overall sanity of the company
  2. Select key point of entry: biggest impact, paths of least resistance, short term & long term impact
  3. Offer strategic assessment and further entrench partnership with client: we are in this together and all believe in approach
  4. Apply ongoing elements: systems coaching, assessment, facilitation, follow-up
  5. Orchestrate a quality delivery that does the job and more: a team of coaches, facilitators, and client experiences to get the job done

As mentioned earlier…

Inside Out Perspective’s services are oriented toward the leadership culture in organizations. Since on the job real-time coaching often involves two or more employees, the benefits for the organization are always experienced in a shorter time frame. Multiple-Level-Performance-Coaching (MLP Coaching) is about individual & team performance, not one or the other.
