The Model

What is Measured

The team measures the team. We collate the data and provide the results in an easy to read profile. This completely confidential assessment measures 7 separate productivity and 7 positivity factors. In this approach we view the team as a whole. Other assessments typically evaluate individuals.

Working with the Results

Team coaching provides your organization with on-going support, training and accountability necessary to keep the team on track. Specially trained coaches work with the team to sustain momentum and ensure accountability. Implementation may include team and individual coaching, team training, workshops, on-site or off-site team building components. Typically, teams work with certified Team Diagnostic coaches monthly: sessions vary in content and length. Optional follow-up team diagnostic assessments (e.g. at 6 months or 1 year) measure team progress.
