Leader as Coach
Participants in the two day public workshop are provided an exceptional experience in workplace coaching. Your learning is supported by two (2) coaching instructors, within a workshop of 20 participants. Once back on-the-job, you are encouraged to attend (at no additional expense) three (3) follow-up monthly conference calls to support your own “leading as a coach”.
